Simplicity was the matter of the day of this San Francisco Bay Area Interior Design remodel The ceiling in this part of the house was opened up to the roof rafters to create a bold great room.

The art lighting and pillows reflect  soft Shades of Mica to accent the contempory vibe of this space.  A tebetian rug was from Aga John was used to ground the space.

The floors were darkened to Jacobean  with a water base enviromentally friendly finish.
