We are a Custom Upholstered Furniture Design and Manufacturing Business.  

 

     We are proud to offer you, the Interior Design Professional, 40 years of design and manufacturing expertise in the fabrication of custom upholstered furniture. 

 

      We additionally provide private label manufacturing for other high-end furniture companies.  We currently produce a line of High-End furniture for a nationally known furniture company.  
     

Our process begins with understanding  your clients needs and presenting working solutions.  Additionally we offer our own line of furniture, which can be adjusted by any 1" increment to accommodate your specific needs. 

    We begin your project with a CAD drawing and work with you through to the completed pieces of furniture. . 

 

ENVIROMENT

     It is our commitment not to use old growth timber. Our furniture frames are constructed with renewable sustainable hardwood, utilizing timber grown for this purpose.  We use many Green products in the construction of our furniture as well. 

 

UPHOLSTERY TEAM

• The making of  custom upholstered furniture is a reciprocity. The upholsterer and cutter seamstress are an all-important part of our commitment.

• Each has been trained in the Old World technique and offers you over 38 years of experience.  Each upholsterer understands all aspects of furniture fabrication, from the spring-up of the frame through to the final stitch on the skirt.

• Each Cutter and seamstress understands the importance of pattern placement and fabric matching.

• We are always looking for ways to make design improvements, and we are quick to have them implemented in our furniture.

 

CUTTING AND SEWING 

• This department’s commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none. 

• Their commitment is found in their pattern matching and fine tailoring. 

 

FABRIC TEXTILES

 

• We have accounts with the majoity of the fabric lines available through trade showrooms.

• This line comes with fabrics directly imported from Italy, Belgium and Ireland.

• We have had projects shipped internationally to locations such as Paris, UAA, Hong Kong and Dubai as well as other international and domestic destinations. 

 

CUSHIONING

 

• 10/90 Down and Feather through 100% Down filling capibilities.

• We have an extensive family of Cushioning for all or our furniture, either on our custom made or Our Home Line.

• Full Line of pillow fills, any size any configuration

• Solid Down/Feather Seating
