Established as an in-house measure to ensure cushion and component quality. Serra Design Inc. is a manufacturer of high quality Down and Feather and Polyurethane Foam products.   We blend only the highest quality down and small #2 feathers for out cushions snd pillows.

 

Each and every cushion is "hand crafted".  All Polyurethane foam is hypoallergenic and hand-cut to the exact dimensions of the inside seating area.  Our cushions can be filled with Feather and Down, or a Feather and Down Blend Envelope with either HR- Polyurethane or Marshall Unit.

 

Every Down and Feather product is actually 'blown in-house'.  In 2005 we incorpored the Italian designed Quarrata Silo and Dumbo filling system into our down/feather manufacturing process. 

A very versatile machine, it can handle multiple fillings such as shredded foam, feathers and down, fiber or even a combination of fillings.  A combination of six rotating paddles and a fan allows for a constant and continuous flow to the Dumbo filling machine
